At approximately 7:50 AM this morning, the Mahopac Falls Fire Department, along with EMS, Carmel VAC, Carmel Police, and Putnam County Paramedics, responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Hill Street and Lakeside Road.

Upon arrival, Assistant Chief Tompkins assumed command of the scene. Emergency medical personnel from Carmel VAC evaluated the sole occupant of the vehicle, who declined medical treatment and transport.

To ensure the safety of all involved, one lane of traffic was temporarily closed while units operated on the scene.
