At approximately 11:50 am, Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Mahopac Falls Fire and EMS, along with Carmel Police and Putnam County EMS were dispatched to Stillwater Road for an MVA Rollover involving a Propane Truck.

Upon arrival, Assistant Chief Tompkins confirmed that a Propane Truck had rolled over the embankment with no active propane leak from the tank. No other vehicles were involved. The driver was able to self-extricate and was evaluated by Mahopac Falls EMS but refused any further medical attention.

Mahopac Falls Fire Police kept the road closed while Lisi's Towing, Automotive & Truck Repair arrived on the scene and removed the vehicle from the embankment.
