On Friday night, September 10th, the Mahopac Falls VFD Color Guard proudly presented the colors during the Mahopac vs. Carmel football game, honoring a moment of silence and the national anthem in remembrance of the 25th anniversary of September 11th.

This afternoon at approximately 4:01 PM, members of the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on Ryan Court in Mahopac. 19-DC-19 was first on scene and arrived to find a fire on the rear deck that had extended into the structure.

This morning at approximately 6:30 AM, members of the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched for a reported two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 6N in the area of Green Lane and Pine Tree Lane.
