Car vs Pole Rollover MVA

At approximately 5pm, Mahopac Falls Fire and EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Route 6N and Fabri Court for a reported motor vehicle accident rollover. Upon arrival of first units, they found a 4 door sedan rolled over on the driver side and the driver of the vehicle pinned in his seat, confirming entrapment. 8th Annual Car, Truck, & Motorcycle Show a Success

Even though the show had to be pushed back a week due to inclement weather- the rain date turned out to be a great success. The annual show had over 110 vehicles including Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, & Antique Fire Trucks. Over 40 trophies were awarded to the show participants. Annual Car Show Postponed

Dive team assists Lake McGregor community

Busy Day Ends With Working Structure Fire

It only took minutes to arrive on the scene of a confirmed working house fire on Barrett Place, off of Myrtle Ave.. As Fire Police and multiple Carmel Police units closed the roads to allow tankers access to drop their thousands of gallons of water, Chief Jeff Boyle began putting out calls for tankers from Mahopac, Putnam Valley, Kent, and Somers.
